1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, completing a purchase, or otherwise using Influencer Studio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Electronic signature

When you check the acceptance box and type your full legal name on the signup form, you are providing an electronic signature that has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the U.S. federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions. You agree that your typed name plus your IP address, user-agent, device fingerprint, and a cryptographic hash of the exact text shown to you constitute a legally binding record of your consent.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at support.

4. Credits, purchases, and subscriptions

• Credits purchased on the Service are non-refundable once consumed (i.e. once used to generate content).
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, and your remaining subscription credits will be transferred to your instant credits balance.
• All payments are processed by third-party payment providers (Stripe, Dodo, Lemon Squeezy, Whop, Creem, and/or Goat). By purchasing, you also agree to the applicable provider's terms.

5. Refunds and disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support first — we can usually resolve refund requests within one business day. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of these Terms and is governed by our Dispute Policy, which explicitly authorises us to share your account activity, IP address, device fingerprint, login history, typed-name signature, and generated content usage with the payment provider and the card network (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) as evidence.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that (a) depicts real identifiable individuals without their consent; (b) depicts minors in any sexual or suggestive context; (c) infringes a third party's intellectual-property rights; or (d) violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Ownership of generated content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all fees, we grant you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the content you generate on the Service for any lawful purpose. We retain ownership of the underlying models, templates, and software.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice and will require you to re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service. The version string at the top of this page identifies the currently effective Terms.
