  • Generate images depicting illegal activities
  • Generate images that infringe on the rights of others
  • Generate images that contain hate speech, CSAM pornography, any other child abuse related content, or violent content
  • Use the generated images to impersonate real individuals without their consent

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their original content (excluding Content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Influencer Studio and its licensors.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the Content you create using our Services, subject to the licenses granted below.

6.3 Licenses

By uploading or creating Content through our Services:

  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such Content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services
  • For AI-generated images, you acknowledge that while you own the output, we retain rights to the underlying AI models and technology

You are solely responsible for the Content you upload or generate using our Services.
