Why Am I Being Charged But Have Zero Credits or Missing Influencers?

If you're being charged monthly but your account shows zero credits or your AI influencers have disappeared, you likely have multiple Influencer Studio accounts with different email addresses.

Understanding Multiple Accounts

Influencer Studio allows you to create accounts with different email addresses. When this happens:

  • Your subscription and charges may be connected to one email address

  • You may be logging in with a different email address

  • Credits and AI influencers are tied to specific accounts and don't transfer between them

How to Check Which Account Has Your Subscription

To identify which account is being charged:

  1. Check your email inbox for payment receipts from Influencer Studio

  2. Look at the email address listed on the receipt

  3. Try logging in with that email address instead

How to Access Your Correct Account

Once you've identified the email address connected to your subscription:

  1. Log out of your current account

  2. Go to the Influencer Studio login page

  3. Sign in using the email address from your payment receipts

  4. Your credits and AI influencers should now be visible

What If I Want to Consolidate My Accounts?

Unfortunately, credits and AI influencers cannot be transferred between accounts. If you want to use a single account:

  • Cancel the subscription on the account you don't want to use

  • Continue using the account that has your AI influencers and content

  • Set up a new subscription on your preferred account if needed
