Can I Get a Refund If Influencer Studio Isn't the Right Fit for Me?

If you've purchased a subscription or credits and decided Influencer Studio isn't what you need, here's what you need to know about refunds.

Credits Are Non-Refundable Once Used

Any AI credits you've already spent on generating images, videos, or influencers can't be refunded. This applies whether you used 10 credits or 1,000. Once a generation completes, those credits are consumed.

Unused Subscription Fees May Be Eligible for a Partial Refund

If you have an active monthly or annual subscription and you haven't used the service much, you can request a refund for the unused portion of your subscription period. This doesn't include the credits themselves, just the subscription access fee.

To request a partial refund:

• Contact support through the in-app chat or email
• Explain that the platform wasn't the right fit
• Provide proof of your active subscription if asked
• Support will review your account and process eligible refunds during business hours

No Free Trial, But Subscriptions Include Starter Credits

Influencer Studio doesn't currently offer a free trial period. When you subscribe, you receive a set of credits to start generating content right away. Those credits are meant to let you evaluate the platform, but they may not be enough to fully test every feature before they run out.

If you're unsure whether the platform will work for your needs, start with a monthly subscription instead of an annual plan so you're not locked in long-term.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Canceling stops future billing, but it won't automatically trigger a refund. If you want a refund for unused time, you need to request it separately through support.
