If you see that money has been withdrawn from your account but your Influencer Studio subscription or credits haven't been updated, this is typically due to a failed payment authorization.
What Happened?
When a payment fails authorization checks (such as the ZIP/postal code verification), your bank may place a temporary hold on the funds. This can appear as a withdrawal or pending charge on your account, even though the payment was not successfully processed by Influencer Studio.
Common Reasons for Payment Failure:
- ZIP/Postal Code Mismatch: The billing ZIP or postal code entered doesn't match what your bank has on file for your card
- Incorrect Billing Address: Other billing address details don't match your card's registered information
- Card Security Checks: Your bank's fraud prevention systems blocked the transaction
- Insufficient Funds: The account didn't have enough available balance at the time of authorization
What Should I Do?
1. Check Your Bank Statement
The holds on your account are temporary and should be released by your bank within 3-7 business days. These are not actual charges—they're authorization holds that will drop off automatically.
