If you'd like to permanently delete your Influencer Studio account, we can help you with that process.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account

You can reach our support team through the chat widget on the dashboard or by emailing support.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

When your account is deleted:

  • All your personal data will be permanently removed
  • Your AI influencers and generated content will be deleted
  • Any unused credits will be forfeited
  • This action cannot be undone

Before You Delete

Please note that account deletion is permanent. If you're experiencing issues with your account, consider these alternatives:

  • Cancel your subscription - You can cancel billing while keeping your account and data
  • Contact support - We may be able to help resolve any issues you're experiencing

If you're sure you want to proceed with deletion, our support team will process your request and confirm once your account has been deleted.
