How to Delete Your Influencer Studio Account

If you no longer use Influencer Studio and want to delete your account, contact our support team through the chat widget on any page in the app or email us directly.

Include the email address associated with your account in your message. Our team will process the deletion and confirm once it's complete.

What happens when your account is deleted

Account deletion is permanent. You'll lose access to:

• All AI influencers you created
• Your generation history (images and videos)
• Any remaining credits
• Subscription details and billing history

If you have an active subscription, cancel it before requesting deletion so you won't be charged again. Instructions for canceling are in this article.

How long does deletion take

Most account deletions happen within one business day. You'll receive a confirmation email at the address tied to your account once the process finishes.

If you change your mind before we process the request, reply to the support conversation or send a new message right away.
