Why Didn't My Credits Appear After Purchase?
If you purchased credits but they haven't appeared in your account, there are a few common reasons this might happen:
Payment Was Declined by Your Bank
The most common reason credits don't appear is that your payment was declined by your bank or card issuer. Even if you saw a pending charge, the transaction may not have been completed successfully.
What to do:
- Check your bank statement or contact your bank to confirm whether the payment was approved or declined
- If declined, try the purchase again or use a different payment method
- Contact your bank if you're unsure why the payment was declined
Email Mismatch Between Account and Payment
Credits are added to the account associated with the email used during purchase. If you used a different email for payment (such as a PayPal or Link account email) than your Influencer Studio account email, the credits may not appear.
What to do:
- Make sure you're purchasing with the same email address as your Influencer Studio account
- If you accidentally used a different email, contact support with both email addresses so we can help transfer the credits
Processing Delays
In rare cases, there may be a delay in processing your payment and crediting your account.
What to do:
- Wait 10-15 minutes and refresh your account page
- Check your email for a payment confirmation receipt
- If credits still don't appear after 30 minutes, contact support
