Why Can't I Access My Account Due to Past Due Payment?
If you're unable to access your Influencer Studio account and see a message about a past due payment, this means your monthly subscription payment has failed and your account has been temporarily locked until the payment issue is resolved.
Why This Happens
Your account gets locked when:
- Your monthly subscription payment fails due to insufficient funds
- Your payment method has expired or been declined
- There's an issue with your bank or card provider
How to Resolve This Issue
Step 1: Ensure Your Payment Method Has Sufficient Funds
Make sure your linked card or bank account has enough money to cover the subscription payment. Add funds if necessary.
Step 2: Wait for Automatic Payment Retry
Our system will automatically attempt to charge your payment method again. We cannot manually process payments - the system handles all billing automatically. Once sufficient funds are available, the payment should process within 24 hours.
Step 3: Check Your Billing Page
Visit your billing page to see your subscription status and payment details:

Here you can view:
- Your current subscription status
- When the next payment attempt will occur
- Your payment method details
Step 4: Update Your Payment Method (If Needed)
If your card has expired or you need to use a different payment method, update it in your billing settings. The system will then attempt to charge the new payment method.
Account Access During Resolution
In some cases, our support team may temporarily unlock your account while the payment issue is being resolved. However, your account will remain locked until the past due payment is successfully processed by our automated system.
Alternative: Cancel Your Subscription
If you no longer wish to maintain a monthly subscription, you can cancel it from your billing page. This will prevent future charges, though you'll need to resolve any outstanding past due payments first.
