Why Can't I Access My Account Due to Past Due Payment?

If you're unable to access your Influencer Studio account, it may be because you have a past due payment on your account.

Why This Happens

When a payment becomes past due, account access is temporarily restricted to ensure billing is up to date. This is a standard practice to maintain active subscriptions.

How to Restore Access

To regain access to your account, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your Billing Settings page in your account (if you can still access it) or check your email for payment notifications
  2. Review your past due balance
  3. Complete the payment for the outstanding amount
  4. Once payment is processed, your account access will be automatically restored
