Why Are My Generations Hidden But Credits Still Deducted?

If you generated an image or video and it's nowhere in your history, but the credits are already gone, don't assume the system glitched. Nine times out of ten, this is content moderation quietly doing its job.

The most common cause: flagged content

When a generation gets flagged by our moderation system, either automatically or through review, it gets hidden from your visible history instead of being deleted outright. The credits still get charged because the generation itself ran; the compute happened, the model produced an output, and that output just didn't pass the content check.

Nudity is the number one trigger. If your prompt (or the reference image you uploaded) pushed toward explicit nudity, partial nudity, or anything that reads as sexual content outside what the platform allows, expect the result to get hidden rather than delivered. This applies even if you didn't intend for it to turn out that way; the moderation system judges the output, not your intent.

Other flags that can cause the same hidden-but-charged behavior:

• Content involving minors or that could be interpreted as depicting minors
• Violence, gore, or weapons content that crosses platform policy
• Real public figures used in ways that violate likeness or impersonation rules
• Prompts referencing copyrighted characters or trademarked material

Why credits aren't automatically refunded

Generation costs cover the compute used to produce the result, and that cost is incurred whether or not the output clears moderation. We don't auto-refund flagged generations, since the system did what it was asked to do; it just produced something that can't be shown or distributed.

If you believe a generation was flagged incorrectly (say, a normal outfit shot got caught by an overly aggressive filter), reach out to support with the approximate timestamp and what you were trying to create. Include detail on the prompt and any reference images used. Support can check the moderation log and, in cases of a clear false flag, issue credits back.

Other reasons a generation might go missing

Not every hidden result is a moderation flag. Sometimes it's simpler:

• The generation is still processing and hasn't finished writing to your history yet, especially for longer video jobs
• You're looking in the wrong mode's history (Chat Mode, Cinema Mode, and Influencer Mode each keep separate galleries)
• A browser cache or session issue is hiding recently added items until you refresh

Refresh the page and check the correct mode's history tab before assuming it's a moderation issue. If it's genuinely missing after a refresh and you're confident the content was within policy, contact support with details so they can look at the backend log directly.
