What to Do If Your Mass Social Media Post Is Stuck on "Waiting to Generate"
If your mass social media post generation has been stuck on "waiting to generate" for an extended period (more than a few hours), this indicates a processing issue that requires attention.
What This Means
Occasionally, generation requests may fail to complete due to technical issues or system errors. When this happens, your post will remain in a "waiting to generate" state indefinitely instead of completing normally.
How to Get Help
If your generation has been stuck for more than 24 hours:
- Contact our support team through the chat widget or help center
- Provide details about when you started the generation
- Let us know which feature you were using (e.g., mass social media post)
Credit Refunds
We understand that failed generations shouldn't cost you credits. When a generation fails to complete due to a system error:
- Credits will be refunded to your account
- Our support team will process the refund once the issue is confirmed
- You can then retry your generation with the refunded credits
After a Refund
Once your credits have been refunded, you can:
- Start a new generation from scratch
- Try again with the same content
- Contact support if you experience the same issue again
