If you've purchased credits and need documentation for your transaction, here's what you need to know about receipts and invoices.

Receipts vs. Invoices

We provide receipts for all credits purchases, but we are unable to issue invoices. A receipt serves as proof of your purchase and includes all the transaction details you need for your records.

How to Request Your Receipt

If you need a receipt for your credits purchase, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team through the chat widget or email
  • Provide the email address associated with your account
  • We'll send your receipt directly to your registered email address

What's Included in Your Receipt

Your receipt will contain:

  • Transaction date and amount
  • Payment method used
  • Credits purchased
  • Account information
