How to Access the Influencer Studio API

The Influencer Studio API is currently available as an early access feature for users with active subscriptions. This guide explains the requirements and steps to gain API access.

Requirements for API Access

  • Active Subscription Required: You must have an active paid subscription to Influencer Studio. Any subscription plan (Creative, Professional, etc.) will work.
  • Early Access Program: API access is currently limited to approved users. You'll need to request access and have your use case reviewed.
  • Payment Must Be Processed: Your subscription payment must be successfully processed and your account status must show as active before API access can be enabled.

How to Request API Access

To request API access:

  1. Ensure you have an active subscription to Influencer Studio
  2. Contact support through the chat widget or email
  3. Describe your use case for the API (e.g., automated social media publishing, product integration, etc.)
  4. Provide your account email address
  5. Wait for approval from the Influencer Studio team

Troubleshooting API Access Issues

Subscription Not Active

If you have a subscription but cannot access the API, check that your subscription is active:

  • Verify that your payment method is valid and up to date
  • Check that your most recent payment was successfully processed
  • Look for any payment decline notifications from your bank

Payment Declined

If your subscription payment was declined by your bank:

  • Update your payment method in your account settings
  • You may need to start a new subscription rather than retry the failed payment
  • Contact support if you need assistance reactivating your subscription

Waiting Period After Payment Update

If you've updated your payment information, you may need to wait until the next billing cycle for the charge to process. Contact support if you need immediate access and want to expedite the process.
